What happens to your message

No cookies, no trackers, no ads. What you send through the form or by email is used to answer you and to do the work, and for nothing else.

Who is responsible: Ina Chaika, the listing designer behind this site. For anything about your data, write to the address at the end of this page.
While you browse: The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts; its fonts are served from the site itself. The price estimate travels to the form inside your own browser (session storage) and is gone when you close the tab.
What the form keeps: Your email address and your message, with the page you sent it from and your browser's name (user agent). To stop spam, the form also notes your IP address to count messages per hour; these notes are deleted once they are a day old, the next time the form is used.
Why: To answer your request and, if we work together, to do the work. Nothing is sold, shared for marketing or used for advertising. Under the GDPR, the basis is steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Where it goes: The message is stored in a database run by Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). A notification with it is sent by email through Resend and to a private Telegram chat used only for these requests. Emails to hello@inachaika.com are forwarded by Forward Email to my Gmail inbox (Google). The site is hosted by Vercel, which handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages.
Who sees it: Only me and the one person who helps me handle requests.
How long it is kept: While we discuss your project and, if we work together, for the length of the work and the time the law requires for business records. Ask, and I delete it sooner.
Your rights: You can ask what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use: write to me and you get an answer within a month. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
